So we can’t necessarily post more during the week because that would cause a lot of issues with applicants who choose to apply a day or two later and hit a “this job is no longer available” because we keep changing/reposting.

We’ve previously had a lot of cities, some that you have already mentioned. We chose to limit those because the majority of people are applying to the key cities we are posting right now – any more cities we introduce will cause you to double the amount your spending for very little in return.

What I do want to focus on most importantly for now is how you stand compared to your competition. I know I sent a message before but I want to reiterate how important it is to consider this information – afterall, there’s only so much that can be done now as we ramp up for the spring season and you see more competitors also ramping up their advertisement.

I’ll post pictures below, but as it stands, you are currently the top employer by click in your area, so the traffic we are getting is significantly more than everyone else. The main reason that others are getting some of the shares of clicks is because they are also advertising a competitive pay. The Cleaning Authority is posting $550 – $700, others are posting $15-$25, $20-$25, and $20-$30. Nearly all of your house cleaning competitors are currently advertising MORE pay that Petal Sweet currently does.

What I don’t want you to do is ignore this. Many of the franchises are starting to learn that they are at a disadvantage and are changing things drastically – This is the main reason Petal Sweet may not be getting the share of visibility you were previously.

Before we start adding more cities and trying to post every other day, the focus should be on asking “what do we need to do to stand above our competitors and have people WANTING to apply for us and commit to the interviews”.
