How to View Billing Information and Understand Monthly Fee Breakdowns
To view your billing information and understand how credits are distributed in your account, follow these steps in the WootRecruit Hub.
Accessing Company Billing
- Log In: Access your WootRecruit Hub account.
- Navigate to Settings: Click on the settings tab.
- Go to Company Billing: Select the “Company Billing” section.
Viewing Subscription and Billing History
- Subscription Details: Review your current subscription plan and details.
- Billing History: Check the breakdown of monthly charges, including SMS, phone calls, and email usage.
- Payment Method: Verify and update your payment method if necessary.
Managing Credits and Recharge Amount
- Check Current Credits: View the current credit balance in your account.
- Set Auto Recharge:
- Enable Auto Recharge: Toggle the auto recharge option.
- Set Threshold: Enter the amount (e.g., $10) at which the auto recharge should trigger.
- Specify Recharge Amount: Set the amount to be added automatically.
Exploring Transaction Breakdown
- View Transactions: Navigate to the transaction breakdown to see detailed usage of SMS and email.
