Reconciling and Updating Payment Methods

To help a company reconcile or update their payment methods quickly and easily, follow these steps to send them a direct link to the company billing section in the WootRecruit Hub.

Steps to Update Payment Methods

  1. Navigate to Sub-Account:
    • Log in to your WootRecruit Hub.
    • Go to the sub-account of the company that needs to update their payment method.
  2. Copy Billing Link:
    • Navigate to the Company Billing section.
    • Copy the URL link of the billing section.
  3. Send the Link:
    • Communicate with the company via email or a messaging platform.
    • Paste the copied billing link into the communication thread.
    • Provide clear instructions for them to click on the link and add their payment method directly from the billing section.

Instructions for the Company

  1. Click the Link: Open the link provided to access the company billing section directly.
  2. Add Payment Method: Enter the details of the new payment method.
  3. Set as Primary: Assign the new card as the primary payment method.
