Reconciling and Updating Payment Methods
To help a company reconcile or update their payment methods quickly and easily, follow these steps to send them a direct link to the company billing section in the WootRecruit Hub.
Steps to Update Payment Methods
- Navigate to Sub-Account:
- Log in to your WootRecruit Hub.
- Go to the sub-account of the company that needs to update their payment method.
- Copy Billing Link:
- Navigate to the Company Billing section.
- Copy the URL link of the billing section.
- Send the Link:
- Communicate with the company via email or a messaging platform.
- Paste the copied billing link into the communication thread.
- Provide clear instructions for them to click on the link and add their payment method directly from the billing section.
Instructions for the Company
- Click the Link: Open the link provided to access the company billing section directly.
- Add Payment Method: Enter the details of the new payment method.
- Set as Primary: Assign the new card as the primary payment method.
