Hubspot – Adding your Gmail Sub Calendars to block out availability

So I wanted to show you how to add or update the the calendars or sub calendars that are being blocked out or used for the scheduling on HubSpot.

So first thing you want to do is go. Go into your top right hand corner profile, click profile and preferences.

And then from here, you should see a few options available. I believe that. Under the calendar view, inside of here, what you can do is you should already have your calendar connected.

If not, you can add it here. But under the calendar sync, what you want to do is I’m sorry, under the meeting schedule is paid.

You want to do is block out and make sure that sub calendars are added into this list so that they are reflected.

And if any events are marked as busy, it does, in fact, block those events out. So they are not they’re not able to book over top of that.

So what we can do here is click the drop down and it should automatically based on your settings within your within your.

Personal email. These should automatically pop up. If not, what you would need to do is to go ahead and copy a calendar over to your over to your email or calendar.

That way it’s, it’s owned by you. And then you can go ahead and modify and make, make sure it’s marked as busy.

That way it doesn’t get blocked out, but you can just drop down the link, add those things there. And then from here, just, I believe it has to.
