Purpose: To provide a temporary solution to underperforming accounts which may have a disadvantage from using the same job ad for too long and encourage more applicants to apply with a combination of new ad and new keywords in the title of the job.

WHEN to use this ad:

• Current customers performance has dropped with no significant reasoning
• Their current ad has been used for a significant amount of time already

HOW to use this ad:

1. Change the verbiage in the title to test out an entirely different keyword search and demographic of applicants
   1. IE: Try changing title like Full Time House Cleaner to Professional Maid/House Cleaner or something relevant
2. Change the ad and replace the words in {{Brackets}} with the appropriate verbiage
3. Adjust any verbiage that is irrelevant or untrue to company
4. Continue reposting the ads with this version of the ad to see if performance improves significantly
   1. If no improvement is seen, switch back to the original ad that was on the account
   2. If significant improvement is seen, keep the sample ad on the account

Details about the job:

• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid drivers license
• Must be comfortable working independently
• No experience in house cleaning necessary – we will train and guide you along the way
• Hard work and motivation are a MUST!
• Must be willing to undergo a drug test as part of the requirements for the job.
• House cleaning can be tiring: must be able to consistently lift 20 lbs, bend, kneel, and twist while performing the necessary cleaning duties throughout the day.
• Training is typically 1-2 weeks, depending on how quickly you properly implement our systems

This would be a great change of pace for those who have previous experience in Hotel Housekeeping (Room Attendant), Daycare assistant, or other Maid Services.
