How to Integrate WootRecruit into MaidCentral [Tech]
To find and connect WootRecruit into MaidCentral for automatically pulling in information for new employees, follow these steps:
Inside Your Account
- Navigate to Company Settings:
- Click on the [Company] tab.
- Select [General] from the settings dropdown.
- Access Integrations:
- Click on [Integrations] in the middle of the screen.
- Copy API Username:
- Copy the [API Username].
Generating and Using API Key
- Generate API Key (if not already saved):
- Click [Get New API Key].
- Copy the new API Key.
- Send Information:
- Email the API Username and API Key to Chris@wootrecruit.com.
- Expect a turnaround of a few days and watch for any emails to test and complete the integration.
Important Note
- Save Your API Key: Keep your API Key saved for future integrations.
- Key Management: Generating a new API Key will invalidate the old one, breaking any current integrations. Provide the updated key to any integration partners using the previous key.
