Checking and Adjusting Company Billing Settings

  1. Log In: Access your WootRecruit Hub account.
  2. Navigate to Company Billing: Go to the settings menu and select “Company Billing”.

Ensuring Credits are Loaded

  1. Check Current Balance: Review your current credit balance.
  2. Add Credits if Needed: If your balance is low, manually add credits to avoid message interruptions.

Setting Up Auto Recharge

  1. Auto Recharge Settings:
    • Locate the Auto Recharge option.
    • Enable Auto Recharge: Toggle the switch to enable auto recharge.
    • Set Threshold: Enter the amount (e.g., $10) at which the auto recharge should trigger.
    • Specify Recharge Amount: Set the amount to be added automatically when the balance falls below the threshold.
