WootRecruit Freeze Policy

- Each account may use one freeze in a 12-month period.
- Each freeze may be for as long as you like, up to a maximum of six months.
- Freeze pricing will be billed monthly on your usual schedule but at only $99 each month.
- Restart active recruitment by simply contacting our office via phone or email.
- If you haven’t requested a restart prior to the six month deadline, we will contact you to confirm when you would like to resume active ads and recruitment.
- Regardless of when you resume active recruitment, your account will automatically revert to the full monthly subscription price after six months.
- Restart will be subject to pricing in effect at that time.
- Freezing your account will preserve your market share seniority, protecting your position in our client base.
