WootRecruit Subscription Agreement

By selecting and subscribing to any of the WootRecruit plans, the Subscriber (“you”) agrees to the terms and conditions set forth herein:

1. LEARN PLAN – $99/Month

• Setup Fee: $0.
• Subscription Inclusions:
  • Access for a single user.
  • No active recruiting 
  • Four live classes each month.
  • Exclusive access to WootRecruit Academy, which features over 100 on-demand classes designed for you or your office support team.
  • License to Hire™️ Certification.
  • Culture Building Classes.
  • HR Drive: A comprehensive digital folder containing all necessary HR forms essential for successful business operations.
• Contractual Obligations: No long-term contract is required. The subscription may be canceled at any time without penalties or fees.

2. GROW PLAN – $299/Month

• Setup Fee: $1,000. This is a one-time fee payable upfront.
• Subscription Inclusions:
  • Everything provided in the LEARN plan.
  • Recruiting for 1 core positions
  • Access for two users.
  • Recruitment support for a single position. The chosen recruitment position can be changed once every 90 days.
  • One week of assistance from an Onboarding Specialist. Additional weeks or time can be purchased at a rate of $200.
  • Creation of a custom advertisement for the position. A new custom ad can be created once every six months.
  • Basic support level: This includes Zoom calls of 10-15 minutes duration, available once per week.
  • Certified Indeed WootSpecialist™️: Expert assistance for your live position.
  • Market Analysis: Essential data and insights into market trends and dynamics.
• Upgrades/Downgrades: Subscribers can upgrade their plan anytime. Downgrades are permitted only after 90 days from the initial purchase.
• Billing Procedure: The setup fee is payable upfront. Monthly billing commences 7 days post-purchase.

3. SCALE PLAN – $499/Month

• Setup Fee: $1,500. This is a one-time fee payable upfront.
• Subscription Inclusions:
  • Everything provided in the GROW plan.
  • Access for three users.
  • Recruiting for 1 core position and 1 secondary position
  • Recruitment support for two positions. The chosen recruitment positions can be changed once every 90 days.
  • Two weeks of assistance from an Onboarding Specialist. Additional weeks or time can be procured at a rate of $200.
  • Creation of two custom advertisements for the positions. New custom ads can be created once every six months.
  • Premium support level: This encompasses Zoom calls of 30 minutes duration, available once per week.
• Upgrades/Downgrades: Similar to the GROW plan, upgrades are available anytime. Downgrades are permissible only 90 days after the initial purchase.
• Billing Procedure: The setup fee is payable upfront. Monthly billing initiates 7-14 days after the purchase.

Additional Position Options:

• New Position Addition: A one-time setup fee of $500, followed by a monthly fee of $200.
• Position Reactivation (within 1 year of initial setup): $200 monthly without any additional setup fee.

General Terms:

• Service Provision: All services and offerings are strictly according to the plan selected.
• Payments: All payments, once made, are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.
• Modification to Terms: WootRecruit reserves the right to modify or amend this agreement. Significant changes will be communicated to subscribers.
• Cancellation: To cancel, customers must submit a cancellation request form and give a 30-day notice prior to the effective cancellation date.
• A2P: Fee is non-refundable. This fee is mandated by the U.S. government and is not charged by WootRecruit, in accordance with the new A2P policy.
• Setup: Fee is non-refundable for cancellations within 30 days of purchase, as it covers the labor cost of creating your custom hiring site.

Acknowledgment: By subscribing to any of the WootRecruit plans, you acknowledge and confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all the terms and conditions contained in this agreement.
