Verify the Subscription

  • Check Recent Payment:
    • Look at the most recent payment for the subscription.
    • Ensure the payment date and amount match the expected values.

Create a New Subscription

  • Add New Subscription:
    • Click to add a new subscription.
    • Update the product details to match the previous subscription.
    • Modify the pricing to reflect the original amount.

Adjust Subscription Start Date

  • Set Free Trial Period:
    • Adjust the free trial days to align with the new start date.
    • Select the correct start date in the calendar (e.g., August 12th).
    • Confirm the trial length to end on the correct date.

Finalize the Subscription

  • Create Subscription:
    • Ensure all details are correct before creating the subscription.
    • Note that the subscription will show as “trialing” in HubSpot.

Update HubSpot
