Fix Duplicate Sub-Accounts in WR Hub (+Connect Subscription to proper Account)

To fix duplicate sub-accounts in WootRecruit Hub and connect Stripe subscriptions properly, follow these steps:

Identify Duplicate Sub-Accounts

  1. Search for Duplicate Accounts: Look for any sub-accounts created with the same name.
  2. Identify Accounts Without Subscriptions: Find the sub-accounts that don’t have an associated subscription.

Disable Incorrect SaaS Mode

  1. Go to SaaS Tab: In the duplicate sub-account, navigate to the SaaS tab.
  2. Disable SaaS: Click “Disable SaaS” and confirm by typing “confirm” without selecting the option to cancel the subscription in Stripe.

Delete Duplicate Sub-Accounts

  1. Schedule Deletion: Schedule the deletion of the duplicate sub-account, ensuring you do not select to close the associated Twilio sub-account or delete phone numbers.

Connect Subscription to Correct Account

  1. Go to Primary Sub-Account: Navigate to the primary sub-account that you want to associate with the subscription.
  2. Enable SaaS Mode: In the SaaS tab, click “Enable for SaaS mode”.
  3. Select Correct Subscription: From the drop-down menu under active subscriptions, select the correct plan. If the subscription isn’t listed, contact tech support.

Verify and Save Settings

  1. Refresh and Quality Check: Refresh the page and check the rebilling section to ensure settings are enabled.
  2. Save Settings: Confirm and save all settings, including the phone system, email verification, and any other necessary configurations.
