Virtual Specialist – Remote
Responsibilites
- Manage and organize calendars, appointments, and scheduling
- Monitor and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
- Conduct online research and compile information into clear reports
- Handle data entry, file management, and documentation tasks
- Assist with social media management and content scheduling (as needed)
- Support customer and client communications via email, chat, or phone
- Prepare meeting notes, summaries, and follow-up tasks
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflows
- Perform general administrative duties as required

Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a remote administrative role
- Fluent in written and spoken English with strong communication skills
- Proficient in productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office)
- Familiarity with project management or collaboration platforms (e.g., Trello, Asana, Slack)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
- Dependable device (computer/laptop) and stable high-speed internet connection
