To set up availability for one user who needs separate times for different positions or calendars, follow these steps to ensure the correct scheduling without overlap.
Setting Up Availability for Multiple Positions
- Assess Current User Availability:
- Log in to your account.
- Navigate to the user profile to check the current availability settings.
- Plan the Schedule:
- Determine the specific times needed for each position.
- Example:
- Residential Cleaning Technician: 10:00 AM – 10:15 AM
- Office Assistant: 9:00 AM – 9:15 AM
Update Calendar Availability
- Edit Calendar for Residential Cleaning Technician:
- Go to the Calendars section.
- Select the Residential Cleaning Technician calendar.
- Click on Edit and set the availability to 10:00 AM – 10:15 AM.
- Apply these settings Monday through Friday.
- Save the changes.
- Edit Calendar for Office Assistant:
- Select the Office Assistant calendar.
- Click on Edit and set the availability to 9:00 AM – 9:15 AM.
