Setting a Contact as Do Not Disturb (Disable any future Communications)

To set a contact as Do Not Disturb (DND) and prevent them from receiving any communications, follow these steps to remove them from all workflows and outbound messaging in your system.

Setting DND for All Channels

  1. Log In: Access your account and navigate to the contact management section.
  2. Select Contact: Find and select the contact you wish to set as DND.
  3. DND Settings:
    • Email: Toggle the DND option for emails.
    • Text Notifications: Toggle the DND option for text notifications.
    • Phone Blasts: Toggle the DND option for phone blasts.

Removing Contact from Workflows

  1. Navigate to Workflows: Go to the workflows section in your system.
  2. Identify Workflows: Locate all workflows that include the contact.
  3. Remove Contact: Manually remove the contact from each workflow to ensure they do not receive any outbound messaging.

By following these steps, you can effectively set a contact as Do Not Disturb and ensure they do not receive any emails, text notifications, or phone blasts. This method is effective because it comprehensively removes the contact from all communication channels, ensuring complete compliance with their DND status.
