Limit User Visibility to only Assigned Contacts
If you need to simplify a user’s visibility in the hub, follow these steps to restrict their access to only assigned data:
- Access the User Profile:
- Go to the settings tab of the sub-account.
- Navigate to the “My Staff” page.
- Select the user and edit their profile.
- Modify Permissions:
- Scroll to the permissions tab.
- Toggle the “Only Assigned Data” option to ON.
- This will limit the user’s visibility to only data assigned to them.
- Note: This restricts access to unassigned data, such as applicants without scheduled interviews.
- Test and Save:
- Save the profile after toggling the permission.
- Important: Test the changes by logging in as the user to ensure no critical data is inaccessible.

- Use color-coded calendars to manage visibility without restricting access.
- Ensure the user understands the color-coding scheme for different data types.

- Be careful when toggling permissions as it can significantly alter the user’s view.
