Limit User Visibility to only Assigned Contacts

If you need to simplify a user’s visibility in the hub, follow these steps to restrict their access to only assigned data:

  • Access the User Profile:
    • Go to the settings tab of the sub-account.
    • Navigate to the “My Staff” page.
    • Select the user and edit their profile.
  • Modify Permissions:
    • Scroll to the permissions tab.
    • Toggle the “Only Assigned Data” option to ON.
      • This will limit the user’s visibility to only data assigned to them.
      • Note: This restricts access to unassigned data, such as applicants without scheduled interviews.
  • Test and Save:
    • Save the profile after toggling the permission.
    • Important: Test the changes by logging in as the user to ensure no critical data is inaccessible.
  • Alternative Methods:
    • Use color-coded calendars to manage visibility without restricting access.
    • Ensure the user understands the color-coding scheme for different data types.
  • Caution:
    • Be careful when toggling permissions as it can significantly alter the user’s view.
    • Always test the changes to confirm everything functions as expected.
