Facebook Ads – Connecting your Account and Creating Job Ad
STEP 0: REQUEST ACCESS TO PAGE
- NOTE: Must be a Business Admin to add client pages

STEP 1: INVITE
- Owner of business account must invite new people via email to gain access to the Meta Ad Account
- Individual must click link received in their email and log into their personal Facebook account
- NOTE: No personal information or access to personal accounts will be accessed/available – It’s ONLY used connect the Business profile

STEP 2: CONNECT USER
- Individual Users must connect their own accounts via the link and photo below:

STEP 3: CREATE AD CAMPAIGN
- Use “WootRecruit Clients – Job Application” as the campaign to organize everything in there

STEP 4: SET UP AD
- Make sure the Facebook Page used is the Clients, NOT WootRecruit (as in this example)
- Name the Campaign with the following Structure: {Company Name} – {Position}
- Manually add the URL associated with the application
- Make sure to Add an Employee-Centric VIDEO to the ad whenever possible – if you do not have access to one, be sure to ask before defaulting to photo

STEP 5: TARGETING
- Ad Category: Employment
- Location: list every target city being used on Indeed
- Add any and all interest that would identify with the persona of the applicant
- IE: Visual Arts or Charity organizations might connect well with a house cleaner
- IE: Cashback rewards or cash out refinancing may connect with lower income entry-level or mid-level positions
- IE: Bookkeeping, analytics, and business would not relate well for entry or mid-level positions most likely unless the position is specialized

STEP 6: SCHEDULE
- Set Daily Budget to $1.00 by default (adjust if necessary or agreed upon by Client)
- Schedule out the start date if necessary
- Do not set an end date if not necessary
