When updating email templates to properly display a YouTube URL, follow these steps to ensure the URL functions correctly:

Preparing the URL

• Play the video: Let the video run to find the best frame for your thumbnail.
• Capture the frame: Use the snipping tool (Windows: Windows + Shift + S) to take a screenshot of the desired frame.

Editing the Template

• Open the notification editor: Navigate to the email notification section.
• Add an image element: Drag and drop an image element into the desired position in your email template.
• Insert the screenshot: Upload the captured frame and insert it into the image element.

Linking the URL

• Edit the image properties: Double-click the image in the editor to open the image properties.
• Add the YouTube link: Paste the YouTube URL into the link section of the image properties.

Finalizing the Template

• Save the template: Ensure all changes are saved.
• Test the email: Click the three dots in the editor, select “Send test email,” and send it to yourself.
