PROMPT 1 (ChatGPT-4): Clean Transcript

Can you help clean up the following training transcript so that it ONLY provides a summary of the discussions on the type of employee, culture, and qualities of an applicant in vivid detail so the original meaning and insights are expanded on? I want to capture this vivid summary that emphasizes the culture-focused conversation to then use as a prompt to provide compelling changes to application questions and job ads (exclude anything else):

PROMPT 2 (ChatGPT-4): Summarize Culture

Can you now summarize in vivid detail the company’s culture?

Separately, summarize the biggest frustrations explained in vivid detail without filters.

PROMPT 3 (ChatGPT-4): Disruptive Questions

Now can you create 2 very bold and disruptive questions for an application that is designed to guarantee commitment and consent based on the way the answer reads to the applicant. It needs to be centered around 2 key concerns for the company. Most importantly, it needs to be written in 8th grade language. Please provide 3 different sets of questions so I can pick the best of each.

Question 1: a very disruptive statement preceding a question that aggressively embodies the ideal characteristics and direct commitment of the employee avatar mentioned above and be instantly recognizable if an applicant doesn’t possess those unique characteristics. I want it to note the importance of the described culture, including a genuine interest for the role. Make sure it is not embellished, but still direct, very compelling, and disruptive

Question 2: a controversial question that aggressively focuses on the biggest frustration and high degree of commitment and dedication to the role

Here are 2 example question that portray this concept very well:

We pride ourselves on being the most organized cleaning company in the world. Do you confidently feel you can uphold this standard in the level of service you provide?

– I might not be there yet, but would love the opportunity

– Yes – I am confident I can uphold becoming one of the most organized cleaning technicians in the world!

Although we may be a cleaning and organizing company, we maintain a very high standard of professionalism while working and throughout interviews. If offered an interview, do you agree to arrive without children, family, friends, translators, and arrive presentable for an interview? *

– I may need to bring someone with me to the interview

– Yes – I agree to arrive well composed and courteous to others
