How to Fix or Manage Applicants in the Wrong Pipeline

If an applicant is in the wrong pipeline, follow these steps to quickly update their status. Make sure you verify selections before confirming changes.

Locate and Select Applicants

  1. Go to the Applicants Page.
  2. Use filters to find applicants incorrectly assigned to a pipeline.
  3. Select individual or multiple applicants needing updates.

Change Pipeline and Stage

  1. Click the button in the top left to change their pipeline.
  2. Choose the correct pipeline (e.g., Applied, Scheduled, Showed, etc.).
  3. Set the appropriate stage and status based on the applicant type:
    • Failed Applicants → Applied → Abandoned
    • Nurture Applicants → Scheduled → Lost
    • No-Showed Applicants → Scheduled → Lost
    • Declined Applicants → Showed → Abandoned
    • Do Not Hire Applicants → Showed → Abandoned
    • Canceled Applicants → Scheduled → Lost
    • Maybe Applicants → Bench → Open

Confirm and Finalize

  1. Double-check parameters before proceeding.
  2. Enter a name for the action (e.g., “Fix”).
  3. Click ‘Add/Update Opportunity’.
  4. Monitor progress under “Bulk Actions” to ensure updates are completed.
