Adjusting Phone System Settings (Voicemail & Auto-Reply for Missed Calls)

To update notification messages and auto-reply settings for missed calls through the hub’s phone system, follow these steps to ensure all settings are properly configured.

Navigate to Settings

  1. Access Settings: Click on “Settings” located at the bottom left of the hub.

Access Business Profile

  1. Open Business Profile: In the settings menu, scroll down and click on “Business Profile”.

Modify Missed Call Text Back

  1. Adjust Message: Change the default message for missed calls to your preferred text.
  2. Disable Auto-reply: If desired, disable the auto-reply text feature entirely.

Update Voicemail Setting

  1. Personalize Voicemail:
    • If not forwarding calls to another number, upload an MP3 file for a personalized voicemail message.

Save Call Settings

  1. Apply Changes: Ensure you save the updated call settings to apply all changes.
