Updating Company Records after Rebranding: Hubspot + Stripe + WR Hub
What also needs to be changed is the following:
- New Logo within WR Hub
- User Email Logins might need to be updated/changed

When updating a company’s business structure or name, follow these steps to ensure consistency across all records:
1. Company Level:
- Search for Company Records Here:
- Locate the company by typing its name into the search.
- Check for Duplicates: Merge any duplicate records to avoid confusion.
- Edit Company Domain:
- Update the primary domain to the new company name.
- Add and save additional domains as needed.
2. Contact Level:
- Verify and Update Contacts:
- Associate Contacts with New Domain: Ensure all contacts are linked to the updated company domain.
- Update Contact Details:
- Edit the company name field for each contact to reflect the new name.
- Merge contacts if the same individual is associated with multiple domains.
3. Subscription Level:
- Update Subscriptions:
- Search and Edit Subscriptions: Verify and modify subscription records to align with the new company name.
- Notify Billing Team: Submit a request to update customer emails in the billing system (e.g., Stripe).
- Update Customer Portal Link: Ensure the customer portal link reflects the updated email for seamless access.
4. Account Management Level:
- Modify Account Information:
- Update Check-In Email: Change the email and name associated with the account management profile.
- Review Recruitment Hub: Ensure all pages and business profiles in the hub reflect the new company information.
WR HUB
Email Address Changes
To update an email address in WootRecruit Hub after a company rebrand, follow these steps to ensure all remnants of the old email address are removed:
- Agency Level: Update Subaccount Details
- Navigate to Subaccounts View.
- Search for the specific company (e.g., Fancy Cleaning Company).
- Click into the subaccount.
- Go to Account Details > Basic Details and update the email address.
- Subaccount Level: Update Scheduled Reports
- From the subaccount view, select Scheduled Reports.
- Use Ctrl + F to search for the company name.
- Pause the scheduled report to prevent future emails from being sent out.
- Click Edit Schedule.
- Update the Email Subject and Recipients fields with the new information.
- Agency Level: Update Team Settings
- Click on the Settings tab at the agency level.
- Select Team.
- Search for the specific user or subaccount.
- Update the email address for the user in the subaccount.
- Ensure it matches the email address in the subaccount’s report function.
- Remove and re-add the recipient if necessary to reflect the correct information.
- Save the changes to the scheduled report.
Business Name Changes
When rebranding your business in WootRecruit Hub, you need to update the name in two main areas to ensure consistency and accuracy. Follow these steps to modify the business name in the platform:
Agency Level
- Access Subaccounts:
- Click on the Subaccounts tab.
- Search for the current subaccount you want to modify.
- Click inside the subaccount field within the agency view.
- Update General Info:
- Modify the business name under General Info.
- Update other necessary information like the website on file.
Subaccount Level
- Switch to Subaccount:
- Click the Switch to Subaccount button to access the specific subaccount.
- Modify Business Profile:
- Navigate to Settings (bottom left-hand corner).
- Under the Business Profile tab, update the friendly business name.
- Ensure other essential information, such as the business email, is up to date.
- Consider A2P Registration:
- Check if the A2P registration is under the new name.
- Update if necessary, though it might not be required immediately.
Ensure you update the business name in these areas to reflect the rebrand accurately within WootRecruit Hub.
