To effectively manage applicant sign-ins and automate the no-show process, follow these steps to ensure appointments are accurately marked and your pipeline remains clean.

Using the Sign-In QR Code

  1. Set Up QR Code: Ensure the sign-in QR code is prominently displayed on the dashboard.
  2. Applicant Instructions: Inform applicants to scan the QR code upon arrival at the office.
  3. Sign-In Confirmation: Verify that applicants sign in using the QR code to mark their appointment as “showed.”

Automatic No Show Status

  1. 24-Hour Window: If an applicant does not sign in within 24 hours after their appointment time, they will be automatically marked as a no show.
  2. Automation Settings:
    • Access Settings: Navigate to the automation settings.
    • Set No Show Trigger: Ensure the system is set to automatically mark no shows 24 hours post-appointment if no sign-in is detected.

Reducing Manual Work

  1. Monitor Dashboard: Regularly check the dashboard to ensure the QR code system is functioning correctly.
  2. Automation Benefits: Leverage the automated no-show marking to reduce manual tracking and improve efficiency.

By following these steps, you can maintain an efficient process for managing applicant sign-ins and no shows, keeping your pipeline clean and organized. This approach ensures that appointments are accurately tracked, reducing manual workload and enhancing overall efficiency.
