  1. Navigate to Marketing Email: In HubSpot, go to the marketing email section here.
  2. Create a New Email: Click on ‘Create email’, select ‘Regular’, and choose the ‘Account Manager Important Update’ template.
  3. Customize Your Message:
    • Click the template to start editing.
    • Personalize the greeting, e.g.: “Hi [First Name], just wanted to remind you that we will be closed for Labor Day. I’ve you have any questions or need help preparing, don’t hesitate to reply and I’ll get you taken care of!”
    • Add any additional information or contact options if customers need assistance.
  4. Set Email Settings:
    • From Name: Use a personalization token for [Company Record] > [Account Manager Full Name] with a fallback value (e.g., ‘Chris DeLucien’).
    • From Address: Set to support@wootrecruit.com
    • Subject Line: Make it direct, e.g., ‘Closed for Labor Day’.
    • Set Subscription Type: Mark as [Important Service Notifications].
