Summary of Responsibilities

  • Dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
  • Vacuuming and sweeping floors, carpets, and rugs.
  • Mopping and steam cleaning hard floors.
  • Washing and sanitizing bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and bathtubs.
  • Cleaning kitchens, including countertops, sinks, appliances, and cabinets.
  • Emptying and disposing of trash and recycling in all rooms.
  • Washing windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
  • Maintaining and properly operating cleaning equipment.
  • Reporting any damages, breakages, or maintenance issues to the supervisor or homeowner.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and addressing client concerns or requests.
  • Demonstrating professionalism, punctuality, and reliability in all work assignments.

Stephanie Scott, President/CEO, founded Stress Free Cleaning Services, Inc. in 2017. Before establishing this corporation, Stephanie worked for 20 years as a sole proprietor building her reputation and brand. Then, one day she realized she wanted more and began planning to make that happen.

Today, Stress Free Cleaning Services, Inc. is a large successful corporation that ranks in the top 4% of its US sector, started as a single proprietary operation. However, Stephanie’s vision has not faded, and her hope still grows. She understands that many others like her are looking for a way and for a path to succeed in their life; these are willing to work hard to create and ensure that success.

Over the past 3 years, Stress Free Cleaning Services, Inc has experienced tremendous growth and success, nearly seven times that of the national norm. Stephanie is an active owner. She actively guides the company’s direction, seeks counsel, stays current on trends, and is updated on current cleaning issues.

Our current staff includes 21 employees, including Cleaning Technicians, Administrative Staff, Managers, and Trainers/Quality Coaches.
