About the Role:

The Client Relations Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for all potential clients. It is their responsibility to ensure the start and continuation of a mutually beneficial client/company experience. We do this by applying our company core values, Motivated - Accountable - Growth Oriented - Integrity - Communication,
to all interactions with potential clients, clients and cleaning techs. This position will ensure that not only are potential clients a good fit for the company they will also ensure that we are a good fit for their needs. Sales is the major portion of this position so having a good phone voice, the ability to listen with understanding to the potential clients needs while having the ability to apply company policies is essential.


RESPONSIBILITIES

- Monday-Thursday 9-6 Friday 8-5

- Be the first point of contact for all future clients. So you must be good on the phone.

- Monitor emails and call lead within 3 hours of being received

- Promoting of services such as Double Down Refresh Clean, ala cart items and Memberships

- Ability to prioritize

- Sales

- Scheduling & Input Client data into all software systems that we use (secondary)
- Make recommendations to management regarding trends and changes needed


SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

- 2 years – Current Customer Service / Sales Experience

- Ability to learn new software with little oversight

- Ability to pivot at a moment’s notice

- Problem solving on a dime with confidence

- Can-do Go-Getter attitude

- Upbeat and helpful phone voice

- Ability to pass a background check and drug test

- Technologically savvy: including gmail, Google produces, and how to navigate the computer / phone

- Fabulous time management

- Meet and exceed sales goals!

- $19.76 + (DOE) plus bonuses
