Job description

Cleaning isn’t for everybody, but if you’re a team player, don’t mind getting your hands dirty, and like the sound of $15 to $18+/hour, you might love working with us.

Care Cleaning is a premium residential cleaning company serving the Chesterfield/Midlothian area. Our office is located in Midlothian and service clients in Chesterfield, Chester, Midlothian, and surrounding areas.

We’re continuing to grow rapidly and are looking for talented, hard-working professional cleaners to join our team! Cleaning experience is welcome, but not required.

Working as a Care Cleaning Cleaner

  • Paid weekly on a percent basis
  • Telemedicine with Healthiest You after 90 days

Requirements

  • Available for work 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday
  • Speak English
  • Live within a 30-minute drive from Midlothian
  • Willing to complete a training period during which you’ll be paid for field training and expected to complete our online training and certification programs
  • Your own vehicle to take turns driving with other staff (mileage reimbursed)
  • Have a valid Driver’s License and Car Insurance
  • Able to work with repeated lifting, bending, twisting, and crouching
  • Deep commitment to wowing clients & contributing to a team
  • Ability to problem solve and communicate clearly
  • Be a humble, genuine, kind person who listens to feedback and is always improving

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $550.00 to $750.00 per week

COVID-19 considerations:
Each staff member goes through a COVID-19 cleaning certification. We provide all the needed PPE. We offer a $100 vaccine incentive.
